| Bug Description: | When editing the characteristices of an image (e.g. Edit, HSV Adjustment,Hue) the characteristic can only be changed in 3% steps. This is in contrast to earlier software such as Winjpeg, and this is too course for many uses. |

| Fix Description: | Because of the way Windows displays slider controls, you can never get it to move in 1% steps w/ the mouse unless you have a really high resolution display. If you want to move in 1% increments, you should use the left/right arrow keys on the keyboard after you select the slider with your mouse. |
